Brighouse Bay is one of Scotland's top environmental parks set in a quiet, secluded peninsula, with magnificent views over the Irish Sea. This campsite has everything.
You can choose to have a fun filled, action packed family holiday or simply savour the acres of land in this wildlife haven to relax in.
The park boasts a vast range of on-site facilities that appeal to everyone. Their well stocked licensed shop will meet your everyday needs plus provide that special present to take back home with you.
The 18-hole golf course is championship length and has glorious views across the Irish Sea. There is also a driving range. For non-golfers there are coastal paths and woodland walks to stroll along and take in the beautiful countryside.
The cafe overlooks the pool and offers hot and cold drinks, breakfast, lunch, snacks and evening meals which can also be served in the Family Lounge. Both the cafe and family lounge are licensed. There is a small toddlers' corner in the bistro to keep the little ones happy with bead mazes, slide and see-saw.
For those not wanting to spend all their time enjoying the parks activities, there are lots of days out in beautiful Dumfries and Galloway. Castles, museums, gardens, art galleries, potteries, farms where the children can enjoy ice cream, animals and play parks, in fact there is so much to do you may need to come back and visit again.
