Campsite with 100 pitches, 73 on hardstanding. Electric hook-ups available. There are 3 quality laundry/toilet and shower blocks on site. Lochside Park provides a variety of play facilities for children including two play parks, putting green and pedalo boats which are available for hire on the beautiful Carlingwark Loch as well as a skate park and sailing centre. Castle Douglas has been designated as 'The Food Town' and boasts the excellent Lochside Theatre that is adjacent to the site as well as a swimming pool, golf course, tennis and angling which is available free on the loch to campers.
