Barlochan is a 4 star Scottish Tourist Board rated campsite that offers plenty of touring pitches and statics for hire, plus holiday homes for sale. It has a hillside location with magnificent views over the Urr estuary on the Solway Coast. Also on-site is an outdoor pool, a children's play area, a games room with air hockey, a pitch and putt course, a licensed shop that offers everything from ice cream to gifts. Coarse and sea fishing are popular activities locally, with Barwhinnie Loch always popular. Palnackie village is within walking distance.
