Close to the southernmost end of the M5, Ladram Bay is easily accessible and once you get on to the holiday park you’ll appreciate the spacious pitches - which are big enough for tag-axle motorhomes. It’s the location and facilities that will impress, though, with the excellent modern restaurant and bar having a terrace that gives a great view of the campsite's exclusive private beach on the East Devon heritage coast. Facilites include an indoor swimming pool to an entertainment complex and kids of all ages are well catered for. Equally, fans of peaceful rural sites will love Ladram Bay. WiFi.

Celebrating over 75 years of family holidays, Ladram Bay is a pet friendly holiday park, open between March and November which welcomes caravans, motorhomes and tents. All of its touring pitches are fully serviced and arranged to give great views across the bay – this is a very special place to spend your holidays in Devon. Enjoy sleeping under canvas but looking for something new? Try out the glamping pods which offer all the fun of camping but with the benefit of a little luxury.

Award-winning Ladram Bay has recently achieved the Hoseasons Diamond Award for Family Fun for the eighth consecutive year in addition to an exciting new National accolade, the Customer Choice, Food award for 2017 & 2018. Guests have commended it for its excellent, child friendly facilities and for being very clean, tidy and well presented. Passionate about its green policy Ladram Bay has also achieved the Gold David Bellamy award for conservation, as well as awards from Trip Advisor & Practical Caravan.

There’s no need to drive to the coast while staying at Ladram Bay, as the holiday park has its very own private, sheltered beach located perfectly on the Jurassic Coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With a range of Beach activities available including Paddle Board, kayak and boat hire plus the Beach Shack providing refreshments it's a great day out for the family.

Enjoy the sensational swimming pool complex, with exciting interactive children’s play zone and slide. The new Outdoor splash zone is already proving popular with all ages and boasts water jets, spray guns and pirate ship- ideal for a hot day. With fresh and vibrant changing facilities, a sauna and steam room to unwind in style, be sure to enjoy these facilities after your work out in the gymnasium.  There’s also an exciting Jurassic themed Adventure Golf course plus an indoor Climbing wall, both of which are very popular with families.

Beautiful ‘Pebbles’ Restaurant; with panoramic views over the bay, has a fresh and inspiring décor which includes booth areas for an intimate and family-friendly dining experience. Take full advantage of the seasonal seafood specials caught in the bay and be sure to check the specials board when visiting. Alternatively enjoy a traditional seaside 'Fish & Chips' dinner from Coast Takeaway.

Additional facilities onsite include; arcade, soft play for the kids, and outdoor adventure children's play area. Waves Nightspot and bar is open for evening entertainment seven days a week alongside additional 'Start' Instructor-led activities programme.

Other facilities on site include two large shower and toilet blocks with individual family bathrooms and disabled access, dish washing facilities, two well equipped launderettes, both with coin operated machines, a supermarket and WiFi. Caravan storage and seasonal pitches are available, too.

There are also a range of holiday homes for hire and to buy at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, perfect for extending your holiday in Devon. Choose from a range of options, most of which have double glazing and central heating – and you can enjoy swimming pool passes for the entire family.

The campsite is dog friendly, with walks nearby. Owners are reminded to control and clean up after their dogs, and they must wear collars and identity tags at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the campsite's private beach, but they are permitted on several other beaches in the area.

There is so much to do at Ladram Bay Holiday Park that you won't be short of things to do on your self-catering, motorhome, camping and caravan holidays in Devon. But if you choose to head off-site, the small town of Budleigh Salterton is a 10-minute drive away and Sidmouth is a 15-minute drive from the campsite and the local area provides a plethora of attractions to visit.
