The Bulls Head Pub Campsite

The Bulls Head Pub is located on the main road through the high level village of Shap in Cumbria, on the eastern edge of The Lake District. The site is for tents only and is open all year. The camping area is set to the rear of the pub and would best suit small tents as there is no parking besides pitches and all gear has to be carried to the camping spot. It is very popular with backpackers walking the long distance ‘Coast To Coast’ footpath that passes through Shap.
