Crossfell Caravan Park and Campsite

Cross Fell Caravan and Camping campsite is owned by the Fox Inn pub (01768 881374) – which is conveniently sited just across the road from the campsite entrance. So that’s the evening food and drink sorted, then (the food is very good, too). The campsite itself offers 20 pitches and all are flat with electric hook-ups. Mature trees surround the campsite, while the toilet block is found behind the pub. The North Pennines that border the site make for fabulous walking opportunities.
