Little Acre Caravan Park (The Friendly Site)

Crooklands is a well positioned little village – close to the M6 (junction 36) for easy access, and handy for nipping in and out of Kendal, Windermere and Ambleside. But it is far enough away from them to remain quiet when they are mad busy. Little Acre Caravan Park is known as ‘The Friendly Site’ and is situated on a quiet back lane (narrow) away from the main village. Peace and quiet are the order of the day here and the whole campsite has a laid back feel to it. The main field is a large affair with eighteen hardstanding pitches all with electric hook ups. There are two clean toilet blocks.
