Waterclose Meadows Campsite

This is a lovely flat campsite situated adjacent to the picturesque Houghton Mill – a National Trust property situated on the banks of the Great River. There are 54 pitches (no hardstandings), 50 with electric hook-up, plus 15 tent pitches. This is an idyllic spot located by the river, surrounded by trees. The facilities are excellent – there are separate facilities for the disabled, but for general use, three showers, three washbasins and three WCs are available. The access to this campsite is quite tight and so may not suitable for very large outfits. ...
