WHAT’S IT LIKE?
As luxury camping goes, it really doesn’t get any better than this. That’s why this was named luxury tent of the year in the Camping magazine awards. Not only that, it took the prize for overall tent of the year, too, so you can tell we think it’s a pretty special tent.

The new Aero TXL builds on the success of the nylon version of the tent, launched last year. It is made from a luxury technical cotton fabric, which offers enhanced breathability when it’s hot, eliminating condensation and keeping the inside of the tent cool. The durable polycotton fabric simply oozes class; it looks and feels great and even gives off that traditional old school canvas smell.

Quick and easy to pitch, the TXL is spacious inside, both in the living and sleeping areas with enough room to accommodate up to eight campers. Darkened fabric in the bedroom helps to protect you from early morning sun.

The tent also has Zempire’s unique “gullwing” door which creates individual entrances on either side of the tent or can be completely rolled away, or poled out with the included awning pole set to create a fantastic outdoor space to spend time with family and friends. And there are all sorts of other features such as tinted panorama windows, mesh airflow panels, roof skylights,  glow in the dark zip pullers and anti-grit zips.

After arriving in this country from New Zealand a few years ago, Zempire has steadily been gaining a foothold in the upper end of the UK camping market, and for us, this is their best tent yet, combining innovative design with top-of-the-range materials and practical features.
