Victorinox Soldiers Knife

72ac6950-b54a-45d7-b6d4-8b8d5a48cd83
VICTORINOX AND Wenger are known for equipping Swiss soldiers with pocket knives – each brand shared 50 per cent of the business. Surprisingly, Victorinox owns Wenger and the supply agreement was down to tradition. However, traditions change and Victorinox has now become the sole supplier. With this responsibility comes a new knife – and it is ideal for campers.

The Soldier’s Knife uses only the best stainless steel for its tools. These include the blade, wood saw, can opener with 3mm screwdriver, cap lifter with 7mm screwdriver and wire stripper, Philips screwdriver and reamer with punch tool. In addition, the blade has been given a serrated edge and can be opened with one hand. Both blade and screwdriver lock open.

Victorinox claims the use of a two-component plastic body gives the Soldier’s Knife a better grip than all its predecessors. True or not, this is one heck of a knife.

Expect to pay £34.99
