PITCHING
This is a bit of a beast, so you’ll almost certainly need two people to get it onto the pitch and erected. That said, size apart, it’s all pretty straightforward – simply peg out the corners and start pumping! Once the beams are fully inflated, peg out the guylines and you’re good to go. It should all be done in 20 minutes. For extra stability in strong winds you can fit the Tension Band System.

LIVING
The Maritsa has an abundance of living space in its two main rooms. The built-in front awning makes a super kitchen/dining area, or can be used for storage. The large interior door leads to the main living room, which widens to provide even more floorspace for furniture etc. The pre-angled beams give the tent loads of headroom, and light pours in through the large windows and skylights. Other features include expanded low level ventilation, cable entry points, mesh-backed doors, side rain canopy and plentiful storage pockets.

SLEEPING
Sleeping accommodation comprises three king-sized bedrooms with a zipped inner divider. Each room is big enough to fit a double sized airbed or double sleep mat and features darker fabric to reduce the amount of early morning light. Wall pockets provide storage and high and low level vents allow good airflow to limit condensation.

OUR VIEW
There’s a lot to love about the Maritsa, which is why we named it our Tent Of The Year. We love the skylights that flood the tent with daylight and the new SkyTrack system, that lets you attach lighting and hangers to the beams. We love the fact that there’s loads of space in the two living rooms and that the bedrooms are large and comfortable. And of course we love how easy it is to pitch.
