The Robens Double Dwell 600 tent is especially suitable for families who enjoy a bit of adventure on their camping trips
The technical background of Robens is reflected in this versatile vis-à-vis tunnel tent. It’s lightweight and compact but spacious enough for up to five campers to sleep in comfort – with a decent central living area as well.
The two bedrooms face each other across the living room so there’s plenty of privacy. The main door is at the side, leading into the living area, but there is the option to create an alternative access into one of the bedrooms from the front (or back, depending on how you look at it!).
In fact, it is possible to remove that inner bedroom completely and create a larger living space with a main front door. And even if you need the sleeping space, you can roll the inner back temporarily to create more space for socialising. It’s versatility like this that makes the Double Dwell so handy for families or groups. In practical terms it’s also very easy to pitch thanks to the colour-coded poles. With a hydrostatic head rating of 5,000mm it should be more than adequate to cope with the heaviest downpour and the sewn-in ground sheet keeps out rain and bugs. Ventilation is good and, of course, Robens’ technical background means the materials are top quality.
