PITCHING
An uncomplicated tunnel design, that is quick and easy to pitch for two people, and well within the capabilities of a solo camper. The three fibreglass poles are the same length, meaning there’s no danger of slotting them into the wrong place. Once the poles are in place, simply peg out the guylines for a stability and you’re done.

LIVING
Access is via Coleman’s exclusive hinged door, which makes getting in and out the tent much easier – no need to fumblke around on the ground looking for the zip! It’s a fairly compact living area but still capable of housing a table and chairs. The inner tent is bright thanks to the large windows and the front and side. Ventilation is provided by the mesh-backed side door and the vent above the front door.

SLEEPING
The new blackout bedrooms introduced by Coleman this year are brilliant – they block out all external light, meaning you are no longer wakened at the crack of dawn. Another new innovation is the XXL bedrooms which provide enough room for air beds and space to move around. The room divider can be removed to create one large sleeping area

OUR VIEW
This is an excellent tent for a family of four, with enough room for furniture in the sleeping area and loads of space in the XXL bedrooms. The new blackout bedrooms are a tremendous innovation that will especially be appreciated by parents of very young children who tend to wake up as soon as it gets light outside. Other extras like the hinged front door and the cable entry point make this easy to pitch tent a great option for families on touring holidays or on weekend breaks.
