The first of a series of official guides to the 870-mile Wales Coast Path has been published.The guide to the Llyn Peninsula covers the 110-mile section between Bangor and Portmadog
It is broken down into nine day sections, each of around 9-15 miles.
The official guides the only ones checked and endorsed by Natural Resources Wales — the Welsh government body that created and manage the path.
As well as providing route descriptions, the guide includes notes on wildlife, history and geology along the route.
