Southport festival welcomes campers

cb70cf9a-38b9-434f-9610-4abb37cd3487
The two-day music festival, Southport Rocks, will take place from July 8-9, offering visitors a line-up of unmissable music talent, including a performance from headline act, The Futureheads.

The family-friendly event will also be welcoming campers to its grounds for the first time this year - bring your own or hire a luxury Mongolian Yurt or Tepee.

As well as music, there will also be evening comedy performances, outdoor climbing walls, cage football, face painting, a vintage market, a homeopathic tent and a massive toddler play area.

Tickets start at £49 for the weekend, which includes camping. Under 12s are allowed in free with a paying adult, while family tickets and day tickets are also available.

The festival will donate all profits to The Vital Sounds Foundation, screening young people against SADS (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome).
