Primus launches Pippi Longstocking range

Camping brand Primus has launched a series of products inspired by Pippi Longstocking to mark the 75th anniversary of her first fictional adventure.

A portion of the proceeds from the special collection will go to children’s charities.

Pippi, famous for her red-hair, freckled-face and mismatched socks, was created by Swedish author and activist Astrid Lindgren.

The special edition items of Primus picnicware are available in three colours and feature three different designs.

The rugged TrailBreak Lunch Jug Pippi has a double-walled vacuum insulated construction which will keep food warm for hours. The range also includes a vacuum bottle, perfect for a warming hot chocolate on the move. And there is also a five-piece dinner set which includes a container that transforms into two plates with high sides, a smaller pot with a lid for sauces, and dips, a reusable plastic cup and a spork.

A percentage of the proceeds from this special collection will benefit Save the Children and the Pippi of Today project.
