Outwell announce limited edition version of "iconic" tent

For a mere £3,000 you can treat yourself to a special limited edition inflatable version of Outwell’s classic Hartford tent.

The Danish company describes the tent as “iconic” and is confident that diehard fans of the brand – and there are lots of them – will snap it up, despite the eye-watering price tag. They even chuck in a free carpet and footprint to seal the deal!

The Hartford 8SA is a bit of a beast. It sleeps eight and features Outwell’s latest luxurious Royal Master Bedrooms at either side of a huge central living area and a big front porch.

The tent is so big that it needs three air tube systems to take the strain through zonal inflation, although with a single inflation point it can be pitched in minutes – and even quicker if you use an electric tent pump.

Other features include thermo-reflective coating above the sleeping area to help regulate temperature, bedroom windows and electric cable access to the bedrooms. With tinted windows and zip-up curtains, super-waterproof 6,000mmm hydrostatic head fabric and drop down groundsheets at the doors there’s plenty more to get excited about. Now would be a good time for that lottery win!
