First campsite review prizewinner of 2014

Ian Harrison, a Knaus motorhome owner from Leicestershire, is the first winner of our monthly campsite review prize.

His concise assessment of the campsite at Roche House Farm in Staffordshire was judged the best contribution to Campsite Finder in January.

He rated the site at 7/10 and the location at 8/10, praising the warm welcome and quiet location but pointing out that the toilets are a little run-down. He also mentioned the nearby pub with its excellent steak and wine promotion.

Ian wins a copy of the 2014 Good Pub Guide for his trouble, and will doubtless be using this to find more great pubs near campsite he visits. The 1100-page volume lists over 4800 pubs and retails at £15.99.

For a chance to win your own copy, simply leave a review – good or bad, but informative and witty – of a campsite you have stayed at. Start here.
