Escape the urban jungle in a safari tent
Teversal Camping and Caravanning Club Site's new safari tents are being promoted as a lavish alternative to traditional life under canvas.
The tents, which sleep up to four people, are pre-erected so there is no need to worry about pitching when you arrive on site.
And according to the Nottinghamshire site, they come complete with everything you need for a luxurious break under the stars
The bedrooms have one double bed, two twin beds, mattresses, pillows, duvets, lamps and bedside tables.
And the tents also feature a built-in kitchen, with a two-ring gas burner, a grill, fridge and sink as well as a table and chairs, a barbeque, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, saucepans, a water carrier and deckchairs.
Teversal franchisees, Jayne and Chris Woods, said: “As a site, we are continuously looking for ways to enhance our customers’ experiences and this is a great way to enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors in a more luxurious environment.”
The Safari Tents cost from £40 per night in low season to £60 a night at peak times and can be booked for a week’s stay or a short break.
