Eighties pop megastars Tears For Fears are the latest act to announce a special gig as part of the summer concert series organised by the Forestry Commission.

The duo will be headlining a show at Delamere Forest in Cheshire on Friday 21 June.

Modfather Paul Weller has already announced a series of forest concerts throughout England this summer as part of Forest Live 2019 and Jack Savoretti will also be appearing at Westonbirt Aboretum in Gloucestershire.

Tears For Fears’ Forest Live set will include performances of their classic hits, including Mad World, Shout, Everybody Wants To Rule The World and Sowing The Seeds Of Love.

Tickets, priced at £49.50 (plus £5.45 booking fee), go on sale at 9am on Friday 30 November from Forestry Commission box office on 03000 680400 or online at www.forestryengland.uk/music.

Forest Live is a series of live music events held every summer by Forestry Commission England in seven forests around the country. Money raised from ticket sales helps to look after the upkeep of the forests.
