Club introduces authentic safari tents to Isle of Wight site
Experience Freedom, from the Caravan and Motorhome Club, has introduced authentic safari tents at its Southland campsite on the Isle of Wight.
The four dog-friendly canvas tents sleep up to five adults in two seperate bedrooms, offer a flexible living area with an indoor kitchen and dining area, plus a covered veranda with outdoor seating. Prices start from £39 per tent per night, based on a two-night minimum stay.
The Southland Caravan and Motorhome Club site sits on the outskirts of Newchurch village in the Arreton Valley. It offers a large children's playground and numerous country walks nearby. The site is ideally situated to explore the whole island, within easy reach of the Shanklin and Sandown beaches.
Experience Freedom already offers glamping at its campsites in Troutbeck and Coniston in the Lake District, North Yorkshire coast, the Cotswolds, Brighton, London, the Surrey Hills and Kent coast. The units range from camping and glamping pods to glamping cabins and yurts, as well as accessible pods and cabins, and motorhome hire is also available; prices start from just £39 per night (based on a midweek stay in a camping pod during low season - minimum two-night stay).
