“Established over 40 years ago and inventors of products such as the pop-up tent, we strive to deliver great quality camping products at affordable prices. Thanks to you, the tent owners, we’ve won awards for the last three years and this year we believe we have a range stronger than ever. A range suited for every occasion and for every camper. Happy camping!”

AIR SECONDS 4.1 XL FRESH & BLACK
New for this season, Decathlon’s most popular inflatable tent has been re-created with the Fresh&Black blackout technology. The Quechua Air Seconds 4.1XL inflatable was the go-to tent in the range last year with unbeatable value for money. With the new Fresh&Black version, you now have the choice to camp with more comfort thanks to heat reflecting fabric and a full night’s sleep with blackout bedrooms boasting 99% darkness. The 4.1XL is also equipped to withstand the worst of our British weather. With rigorous weather testing in tropical storms and gale force 7 winds, Quechua say it is often found to be the last tent standing in a battle with Mother Nature. It is also equipped with a bucket groundsheet to prevent water from running in whilst increasing ventilation significantly, thus reducing possible condensation.

When the weather is unfavourable you can enjoy spending time in its generously sized living area. At 6.5m sq and 1.9m tall, it has plenty of standing height and room for cooking and dining. The living area also contains a raised entrance to prevent rain from running in, transparent and netted mosquito repellent windows and plenty of storage pockets to stash your gear. Thanks to Quechua’s innovative pre-assembled all-in-1 structure you can pitch the tent in seconds. Simply roll the tent out, peg the corners and pump away. The groundsheet, bedrooms and guide ropes are already attached making the assembly and disassembly a piece of cake! Say goodbye to torn fly sheets and broken poles, you’ll be brewing up before you know it.

AIR SECONDS 4.2 XL FRESH & BLACK

The unsung hero of the Quechua Air Seconds inflatable range. This four-man vis a vis has established itself to be a popular option over recent years between the entry price, award-winning Air Seconds 4.1XL and the six-man Air Seconds 6.3XL. The vis a vis construction with bedrooms at each end of the tent has proven to be the winning formula, allowing parents to distance themselves from the kids (or vice versa!) or simply to act as additional living space on a weekend away.

The 4.2XL is packed with the same features as the 4.1XL, such as the innovative Fresh&Black blackout technology, providing 99% darkened bedrooms and UPF 50+ sun protection. You’ll also find the same pre-assembled, all-in-one construction, allowing ultra-fast assembly and disassembly, bucket groundsheet, mosquito repellent windows and storage pockets aplenty. Now the eldest of the three highlighted models, it has built up a strong following and is the highest customer rated product in the range.

QUECHUA AIR SECONDS 6.3 XL FRESH & BLACK

The most popular of the 5+ berth tents in the Decathlon range, this six-man 6.3XL inflatable tent is perfect for those looking for additional room. With it boasting up to 11.4m sq of living space thanks to an easily detachable third bedroom and 2.1m high roof, you won’t be short on space in this home from home. You’ll find the same traits from the Quechua Air Seconds tent range, with a tent packed full of innovative features. With the increasing popularity of blackout tents, the Fresh&Black technology will not only give you that but deliver a cooler tent in summer due to Ti02 coated fabric and the reason for the white outer.

The 6.3XL again comes with pre-assembled all-in-one construction which is impressive considering the size of tent and with it a pitching time of just a couple of minutes. A winner for any family with a couple of kids!  Again, bucket groundsheet, mosquito repellent windows can be found with storage pockets conveniently located throughout.
