SHOWCASE

Weathermaster 8XL Air
Offering comfort and convenience for families who want a home from home on the campsite, Coleman’s new Weathermaster 8XL Air tent is the largest of a new range of tents featuring FastPitch Air technology. This means one person can pitch this expansive eight-person tent by themselves, but the structure is secure enough to withstand high winds.

In the spacious bedrooms, Coleman continues to give campers a better night’s sleep with BlackOut Bedroom technology blocking up to 99% of daylight and keeping temperatures inside the bedroom 5°C cooler during the day and 1°C warmer at night. For ultimate sleeping flexibility, one of the XXL bedrooms converts into two rooms with a removable divider and another bedroom can be removed or repositioned either side of the living area.

A sizeable integrated, enclosed porch extends the already spacious living area of the Weathermaster 8XL Air and the drop-down door provides a barrier-free access in and out of the tent, perfect for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The door of the porch can also be totally or partially rolled back and the flysheet with a UV Guard SPF50 coating ensures protection come rain or shine.

The Weathermaster 8XL Air provides further protection against the elements with an impressive hydrostatic head of 4500mm on the flysheet, welded seams and rain skirts. Both high and low ventilation (including a large zippable vent accessed from inside the bedrooms) reduces the risk of condensation and the zipper stoppers on the tent doors mean zips are always within reach in the event of an emergency, even for children.

Octagon Blackout

The Octagon is one of Coleman’s most popular tents thanks to its 360° views, ample living space and ingenious hinged door. For 2020, Coleman is now offering a version which incorporates its revolutionary BlackOut Bedroom technology, letting you have lazy mornings on the campsite. A great choice for those over 6ft, the Octagon BlackOut provides full head height throughout.

The easy-to-pitch, sturdy steel pole construction makes setting up camp a breeze and ensures maximum protection from wind. The flysheet has UV Guard sun protection, a 4,500mm hydrostatic head and taped seams, so you’ll be protected whatever the weather, and fire-retardant fabrics and zipper stoppers provide added peace of mind.

Ideal for glamping or festivals, the Octagon BlackOut is a distinctive tent that stands out from the crowd and provides the luxury of a good night’s sleep, whenever you choose to get up in the morning.

Octago
Easy to pack and quick to pitch, the new OctaGo from Coleman is the smaller sibling to the popular Octagon family tent. The OctaGo is a great option for couples, festivals or those going on a weekend away with friends, and is sure to be a hit with younger campers.

Just like the Octagon, this three-person tent offers 360° views of your surroundings, great ventilation and colour-coded poles for straightforward pitching and it easily packs down into its carry bag. If the weather takes a turn for the worse, a 2,000mm hydrostatic head flysheet and taped seams will keep you dry, while fire-retardant materials provide that extra level of safety when camping.

Despite its smaller proportions, the OctaGo has a surprisingly generous sleeping area of 7.5m² so you’ll be able to comfortably stretch out when sleeping and use the tent as a social space in the evenings or when getting ready at a festival.
