We asked the question "is this the world's smalest caravan?" in 2012 and it's finally been answered! Yannick Reed, aged 43, makes a living as a website writer, but in his spare time he is an inventor. He is now the owner of the record for building the smallest caravan; it measures 2.39m in length, 1.53m high and 0.79m wide. Its name: The QTvan.Caravan magazine on Facebook

In spite of its size, Yannick says that it is surprisingly comfortable and he has been on mini-breaks in the tiny tourer. He has also towed the caravan through the aisles of his local Tesco.

He says that he gets lots of smiles from people who see him towing his tiny caravan. He is now making plans to make some other smallest related creations and tell us to ‘watch this space’.

The Guinness World Records 2015 edition is out today, for more information visit guinnessworldrecords.com
