Bookings are non-refundable.  By placing your booking, you acknowledge this.

Camping passes and pitches;

Vehicle passes, duplicate bookings and wristbands are non-refundable. If lost they will not be re-issued, a second must be purchased and an administration fee may be charged.

Any changes to your booking once confirmed will incur an administration fee.

Vehicle passes are valid for one unit and number of people stated for use in the camping fields. The vehicle pass will not gain entry in to other areas.

Your camping fee depends on the day of arrival and is based on up to 2 adults and 3 children in your unit. Additional adults 17 years and above will be charged at £20 each. Additional children 16 years and under will be charged at £10 each.

Camping areas;

If you wish to camp together you must arrive together. Pitches cannot be reserved.

Moving pitches is not permitted on site without the permission of the Warner’s rally manager. For anyone booked into a club area that moves to a non-club area the £2 club discount will become payable.

Disabled badges are required to camp in the disabled camping areas and will be inspected on arrival.

Limited toilets, showers and elsan points will be available on site.

Camping fields open at 8am – 9pm Thursday and 8am – 9pm Friday. There is no holding area after these times. The site must be vacated by 12 noon on Monday.

Campervan Campout: Friday 8am - 9pm
Retro Rock'n'Roll Weekend: Thursday 12 noon - 8pm, Friday 8am - 8pm
The Malvern Caravan & Motorhome Show Thursday: 10am - 7pm, Friday 8am - 7pm

Generators may only be used between the hours of 8am – 10pm and only for 2 hour periods.

A noise curfew of 11pm is in place on Warner’s sites, with the exception of Retro Rock'n'Roll

The organizers;

Reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons or vehicle.

Will not tolerate aggressive/ offensive behaviour to any other visitor or member of staff and you will be told to leave site.

Cannot be responsible for any item stolen or damaged or any accidents and injuries which occur on site as a result of visitor negligence.

Reserve the right to alter the entertainment programme at short notice.

Reserve the right to ask you to leave if you bring your own alcohol into the entertainment venues. Bags will be searched upon entry. This is a condition of attending the event.
