Newhaven Holiday Park has been in the same family’s ownership for over 50 years, through three generations. Throughout that time the focus has been on creating a peaceful environment on an immaculately kept park The latest owner, Kim Rockingham, continues this ethos. She has invested – and plans to continue to do so – to maintain Newhaven’s peak status.

The park is surrounded by mature woodland and farmland and is half way between Ashbourne and Buxton, perfectly located to explore the moorland plateaux, spectacular ridges and natural springs of the Peak District National Park, which is an area of dramatic natural beauty on a breathtaking scale.

There’s so much to see and do in the beautiful Peak District, whatever your pursuits of choice. Take your pick from family days at the nearby Alton Towers for the thrill-seekers, active days spent on anything from horseriding to potholing, or exploring the history of this lovely region at one of the many historic houses, such as Chatsworth House, there is something for all tastes.
