Terms and conditions for sending articles and pictures for consideration for publication in Warners Group Publications' titles
Before sending any material for consideration for publication in one of Warners Group Publications' titles, please read the following.
Those who submit any material for consideration for publication do so with the understanding that they have read and agreed to the following terms:
- By submitting material, the editors and publisher will assume that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not submit material
- Warners Group Publications welcomes unsolicited material for consideration for publication
- Warners Group Publications will only pay the agreed rate once an article and pictures have been published (current rates are available by emailing the relevant editor)
- Contributors will generally be paid within 30 days of the article being published
- By submitting an article and/or pictures, the contributor agrees that Warners Group Publications can use the material in any of its other print, digital or online publications once it has appeared
- Where Warners Group Publications uses the material in another publication – either in print or online – there will be no further payment made
- Where an article is accepted for publication by Warners Group Publications, the agreement that exists between Warners Group Publications and the contributor relates to that article only
- Contributors will not submit any material that has been previously published elsewhere and will not submit material that has also been submitted for potential publication elsewhere.
