As far as I could see non identified where to obtain therm. However, as you’ve been able to establish that the lamp type is EBS R11 (Well done!), it transpires that this bulb is fairly commonly used for vehicle dashboard lighting. This is a UK supplier http://www.vsukonline.co.uk/product/12269/2973/ebs-r11-dashboard-interior-clear-light-bulb-s-14v-1-8w and I note that the ebay link you provided indicates that the bulb is used by Volvo. It’s also evident that there’s an LED version of this bulb (example here) http://www.riamspa.it/default.asp?cmd=getProd&cmdID=51426&idC=427&idA=7 but there’s no obvious UK supplier. The LED bulb seems to be used on quads/ATVs (presumably because it’s more shock-resistant) so a UK dealer for those types of vehicle might have be able to supply it.
