Sunroof removal in Lunar Freelander EW

Can anyone tell me how to remove the 2 tilt and slide sunrooves in my Lunar Freelander EW 2004 Twin Axle as i need to clean round the opening and reseal.

Haven't done this myself but have cleaned all the old "dried out sealeant away and ran new sealeant bead all round as a preventative measure. Are you saying you want to remove the whole fitting out of the caravan roof or just remove the clear perspex bit? There are a couple of good manuals available - Haynes do one - that I think cover this.
