Settling into its' brand new home at the Cheshire Showground in Knutsford, the Northern Motorcaravan Show turned out to be a fantastic weekend.  The gates opened on the first day of the show and a rush of excited visitors streamed through, eager to browse the outdoor leisure exhibitors present and explore the showground.

The show, which celebrated it's sixteenth birthday this year, offered something for every taste and wallet - from brand new luxury US RVs to everyday compact van conversions and from carpets to tea towel hooks.

Previously held at Pickering, the new Cheshire based venue provided the vast amount of space and beautiful countryside location that the show deserves, as well as well maintained and firm ground.  The showground is ideally situated just off junction 19 on the M6.

An abundance of dealers were available offering pre-owned and brand new motorhomes with some great discounts and as the show progressed, sold signs were appearing - a testament to the show's success.

There was plenty to do including browsing the jewellery and fine foods in the craft marquee or relaxing with a special brew in the real ale tent.  And, for those with healthy appetites, a traditional roast dinner was on offer all weekend in the food court.

For our campers, the weekend was a real treat with unlimited access to the exhibition area, a chance to meet up with old and new friends, plus extensive evening entertainment spread over two marquees.  Saturday nights entertainment was greeted by each act having a standing ovation and campers saying it was 'one of the best nights entertainment' they had had.

Many clubs took full advantage of the 'value for money' camping including the Murvi Owners Club, which enjoyed its first rally.  Club campers like MMM subscribers can save even more money when camping at our shows.
