There are pristine caravan sites, and then there’s Wooda Farm.

The team at this North Cornwall holiday park, pride themselves on its incredible 'spick and span-ness'; from immaculate pitches, separated by small hedges and perfectly pruned Hydrangeas, to spotless washing and showering facilities.

Wooda is perched close to the Cornwall and Devon County border, so it’s ideally located to visit a vast array of attractions and destinations in the south-west. Want a beautiful beach? We can name seven absolute corkers within eight miles, some family-focused and others hidden away down coastal paths.

Wooda's Lovely Local Towns

If you don’t fancy relaxing on site, using its sports or salon facilities, you can explore any number of fantastic towns and villages, from Boscastle and Tintagel to Clovelly and Padstow all of which are within a short drive.

If we had a day at Wooda, we’d spend the morning exploring the site’s fabulous sports facilities and fitness suite, perhaps try some archery or pitch ‘n’ putt, before heading to Bude for a swim in the reconstructed Sea Pool, where kids and adults can swim safely.

Where to Eat at Wooda Farm

After freshening up, we’d either have dinner on site at the brilliant Courtyard Bar & Grill (we love the succulent steaks). Or, head off site to Elements Italian restaurant in Bude, with its excellent menu for adults and kids, and its sensational views over the cliffs and out to sea (elements-life.co.uk).

Finally, we'd end the day with a coastal walk from the campsite, taking in the dramatic topography of the Cornish coastline and setting us up for a great night's sleep.

  • Disabled facilities
  • Wetsuit washpoint
  • Bar & Grill

  • Takeaway
  • Launderette

  • Woodland walks
