Sykeside Camping Park

Sykeside Park is between Ullswater and Windermere in a sheltered valley setting that offers great solitude. The pitches are good with plenty of hardstandings for motorhomes. There are only five caravan pitches, though, and these are reserved for Caravan Club members. Campsite facilities are good and include showers, laundry, washing-up room, even a camping barn of an extra-luxury nature, having en-suite facilities and heating. There are two good food pubs the campsite - The Barn End Bar and the larger Brotherswater Inn. Walking is the key activity with 35 walks starting from the campsite. ...
