The Minnows Caravan Club affiliated campsite is conveniently close to junction 27 of the M5 and the A361 North Devon link road with many trees and shrubs screening it from the road noise. It features 59 hardstanding pitches, which all have 16 amp electric hook-ups. There's also a motorhome waste point. The site is set alongside the Grand Western Canal, which is great for walking, fishing and canoeing. You can also enjoy safe cycling on the National Cycle route along the towpath. Shops, pubs, public transport and golf courses are all within walking distance.
This conveniently situated caravan park is adjacent to junction 27 of the M5 and the A361 North Devon link road, with many trees and shrubs screening it from the road. On part of the National Cycle route it makes a super retreat for a long weekend or holiday, and is also an excellent overnight stop on the journey to the West Country.

There are 59 pitches, all of which have hardstanding and 16amp electric hook-up. The toilet block is in the centre of the park, with good disabled facilities. There is a small laundry room and good information facilities. Ten hardstanding service pitches for motorcaravans and two adapted for RVs up to 11 metres, with disposal points. For the 2012 season all pitches will have Wi-Fi access.

The Grand Western Canal runs alongside the park, providing miles of level walking through the Devon countryside which abounds with wild flowers and bird life from spring to autumn.

There’s also coarse-fishing for tench, roach and bream with a national rod licence - which can be obtained on site. Canoeing can be done from the site, which has its own landing stage. There is a small children's playground and play area and a small woodland area at the end of the park for tents. There is a golf driving range nearby, with an 18-hole course scheduled for completion soon. A well-stocked farm shop is close to the site, selling a range of home-produced goods.

TV reception is good (digital), while mobile reception is good on 02 and Orange. As the M5 is nearby, there is easy access to the cathedral town of Exeter, with its beautiful timbered shopping centre and underground passages with guided tours available during the season. The Fleet Air Arm Museum is at Yeovilton, and Wells and Cheddar Gorge make a super day out for the family.
