If you are planning to visit us during the weekend, we have put together some information which we hope will help you.

CATERING FACILITIES
There are a variety of fast food outlets situated around the Exhibition Area as well as a food area as shown on the floor plan in the official showguide.

DAY VISITOR ADMISSION (one day only)

• Adult £7.00

• Child (5-15yrs) £2.00

DAY VISITORS CAR PARK
Day visitor car parking on-site is FREE. The gates to the day visitor car park will be locked one hour after the Show officially closes, please ensure you have moved your vehicle by this time. Day visitors are not permitted to attend the evening entertainment on-site.

DOGS
Dogs are welcome in the Exhibition Area as long as they are kept on a lead and under control. Dogs are not permitted into the marquees or buildings on-site. Please do not leave dogs in vehicles.

ENTERTAINMENT
Entry to the evening entertainment on Thurs, Fri and Sun is included in the cost of a camping pitch and is not available to day visitors. Entry to Saturday evening's main show is by separate ticket only costing £12.00 per adult, £5.00 per child non-booked if available. Alternative entertainment is provided on Saturday night in the Avon and Wye Hall. All evening entertainment is for campers only.

FIRST AID
British Red Cross are on site for the duration of the Show. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre directly or one of the Organisers who will call them for you.

GUNS
Westerners please note that visitors are not permitted to carry any edged weapon or leaded replica gun at anytime during the Show, including evening entertainment. Gun marshals will check your weapons on entry to entertainment venues - please give them your full co-operation.

MOBILITY
During the Show, mobility scooters may be charged free of charge on the Detroit Solar Stand on a first come first served basis.


SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in any buildings, marquees and is restricted in closed public areas at this event.

Exhibition Area:

• Friday 9.30am-5.00pm

• Saturday 9.30am-5.00pm

• Sunday 9.30am-4.30pm
