

There are several options available when you camp at one of our shows. You can either pre-book your pitch and save money or alternatively turn up and pay on the gate. We have different areas where you can camp within the Show; club area, disabled area or the general area.
CLUB AREA
If you belong to a club and they are holding a rally at our event, when making your booking please select your club and insert your membership details. Club camping is only available by pre-booking your tickets. By camping with your club you will receive an additional discount.
DISABLED AREA
If you are a holder of a blue badge, then you can pre-book a pitch in the disabled area which will be situated near the Exhibition Area. You will need your blue badge when booking your pitch and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show.
GENERAL AREA
Our general area is open to all pre-booked campers.
SUBSCRIBERS
MMM and Caravan Magazine subscribers will receive a discount on their advanced booking.
NON-BOOKED CAMPING
If you are unable to pre-book your pitch and decide to pay on the gate there are two areas available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There will be a limited number of non-booked disabled pitches available during the weekend.

Disabled Badges will be inspected on arrival at the venue.

If you are using a mobility scooter, please ensure it is suitable for the terrain.

Please make sure you take a torch with you and use it during the hours of darkness.

If you arrive whilst stands are still being set up, for your own safety, please do not go into the Exhibition Area.

Camping fields open 10am Thursday and close 12 noon Monday.

Gates will close at 9pm Thursday and Friday subject to weather conditions.

If you wish to camp together, all vehicles must arrive together.

The Show welcomes dogs, however they are not allowed in marquees or the entertainment buildings.

Awnings are permitted as long as they fit within your pitch allocation.

There are toilets and shower facilities on-site.

Generators can be used only between 8am-10pm and ideally only for four hours at a time. We would ask all campers to be considerate of their neighbours when it comes to using a generator.

There are no electric hook-ups available at this show.

It is a condition of entry that private sales are PROHIBITED in camping fields.

It is a condition of entry that you may be photographed for use in publicity or for safety and security reasons.

Prices quoted are based on a standard sized motorhome or caravan. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if your unit excessively exceeds your allocated pitch.
BOOKING
Once you have made your booking, your tickets will be posted out to you. If you are travelling you can ask for your tickets to be left at the gate. Please make sure your tickets are correct upon receipt and bring them with you to the Show. On arrival you will be given wristbands which you will need to wear for the duration of the Show. Please note: If you have ordered entertainment tickets these are not sent with your vehicle pass and can be collected from the Information Office.
ENGINEER
If you have a problem with your vehicle whilst at the Show, please pop into the Information Office who will be able to supply you with telephone numbers of service providers.
MOBILITY
During the Show, mobility scooters may be charged free of charge on a first come first served basis, check your showguide for location.
MEDICATION
If you or any of your party require medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.
TICKETS
Unless requested vehicle passes are mailed prior to the show. Please make sure that you have your tickets as you approach the Campers' Gate and please make sure that it is visible in the windscreen. The venue postcode is WR13 6NW.
ENTERTAINMENT
If you have ordered entertainment tickets, please collect them from the Information Office.
WATER
Water will be available on-site but we do suggest that you bring some with you as due to the volume of vans arriving on Thursday and Friday, water pressure can vary.
CASH POINTS
Unfortunately, there are no cash machines within the Showground.
WI-FI
WI-FI is not available within the Showground.

GUNS
Westerners please note that visitors are not permitted to carry any edged weapon or leaded replica gun at anytime during the Show, including at evening entertainment. Gun marshals will check your weapons on entry to entertainment venues - please give them your full co-operation.
WHAT'S GOING ON...
SHUTTLE SERVICE TO GREAT MALVERN
Visit Malvern town centre on our shuttle bus service. There will be a subsidised bus trip for campers to Great Malvern on Saturday 18th August. Tickets can be purchased at the Information Office during the Show. The buses will pick up and drop off on a continuous basis from 9am with the last pick up from Great Malvern at 4.30pm.
GUIDED WALK OF THE MALVERN HILLS
While you are with us why not join us on Friday evening for a walking tour of the Malvern Hills, You will be met at the showground by your guide and taken by coach for a guided walking tour starting at the Hertfordshire Beacon. Dogs and folded wheelchairs can be accommodated by the bus but please be aware that there are steep sections of this walk and it may not be advisable if you have health problems. Tickets are limited and the walks are available on a first come first served basis.
