Fleurette back in the UK at the NEC

French motorhome manufacturer Fleurette, which is now owned by Rapido, will be making a return to the UK at this year’s Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC, Birmingham in October.

At least four new models will be on show, courtesy of Webbs, the motorhome dealer with three branches across the south of England. Webbs is using the NEC show to relaunch the French brand back into the UK.

There are two brands available, with Fleurette more aimed at the home French market and Florium designed especially for export markets, both based on the Fiat Ducato. Webbs has ordered two models from the Fleurette A-class Discover range and two from the Florium low-profile Mayflower range. The Discover models include a 73LMS with island bed and a 73LIS which offers four berths and single beds at the rear. There are four models in the range in total, which includes the 64LBS, a 6.44m long, four berth motorhome with a rear transverse bed over a garage, and the 70LMS, which is a 7.07m long version of the 73LMS.

The Mayflowers you will be able to see at the NEC include the 73LMS which is 7.46m long with four berths and an island bed, and the 65LD, a 6.50m long, four berth model with a French bed. Other Mayflower models include the 68LM, which is 6.83m long, has a corner washroom and island bed, and the 73CTC, which is an island bed model with separate shower and washroom that are partitioned off. New this year for the Mayflower range is the 69LIX, which is 6.99m long and has fixed, single beds.

There are four other ranges, not at the NEC, which are also available. The Fleurette Migrateur range has four compact low-profiles, all with French beds while the Florium Baxter range exactly mirrors it but comes on an Al-ko chassis with two options of wood finish.Florium Mayflower

There’s also the eight-strong Magister range under the Fleurette banner, which are slightly larger low-profiles, and the Florium Wincester A-class range of five models, all with island beds.

Webbs director Andy Cahill said, “Fleurette and its partner brand Florium have a lot to offer and will complement the existing motorhome portfolio we currently have.”

All models from both brands will be available to order in right hand drive versions from any of the Webbs showrooms and will be built to order.

There is a special NEC show preview in the October issue of MMM magazine, on sale 17 September.
