  • Advice please

    Have you tried advertising your home on a specialist website like http://www.justlodges.com? Take a look at their 'Selling a lodge' page. I5% commission is the usual fee for assigning your Licence Agreement and even though you have a lodge, the legal definition of a lodge is a 'caravan'.

  • You'll have to pay 20% more...

    I bought a static in 2007 and certainly paid VAT on it but not at 20%. The first figure had about 30% added to it and then to that total a further 5% was added.
