ROOM FOR ONLY TWO MORE HOMES AT NEW NORFOLK PARK

f2535263-bd66-45f0-87f9-a40dab58379a
One vacant 36x20 plot and a 40x17 showhome are all that remain available following the complete redevelopment of Hardwick Bridge, a residential park with a licence for 68 homes near the centre of King’s Lynn in Norfolk.
Part of the Crickmore Parks group, Hardwick was taken over in 2005 by Crickmore who have transformed the estate, installing all-new infrastructure.
There has been a residential park on this site, one mile from the town centre, for more than 50 years. It is all on the level, with no hills.
Hardwick Bridge is well placed for amenities.
The bus stops near the park entrance.   A Tesco supermarket can be found just down the road. King’s Lynn town centre is just 15 minutes’ walk away.
You can be on a good sandy beach after just 20 minutes’ drive. The Broads are within easy day-tripping distance.
For security, as well as a park manager manning the office on site six days a week, there is CCTV. That is much appreciated by residents, three quarters of whom are retired and the large majority, couples – minimum age is 50. A residents’ association organizes social events.
Each home has space for two cars to park alongside (ten also boast garages.)
Plot fees are £147.06 per calendar month, with electricity billed by one’s chosen utility and all homes supplied with mains gas. Pets are welcome.
