NEW LEISURE LODGE DEVELOPMENT NEAR BLACKPOOL

7897c311-c4a8-4d4a-885e-a1d334a0769d
Poulton Plaiz Holiday Park’s new leisure lodge development in Lancashire combines a quiet, rural setting with easy access to one of Britain’s premier seaside resorts.
Some 28 plots suitable for single and twin units have been developed within the 20-acre park which also has 150 holiday caravans. Annual site fees are £2,822 for a single and £3,474 for a twin, with caravan owners paying from £2,242.
Situated less than four miles from the centre of Blackpool, this holiday park is located in the ancient market town of Poulton-le-Fylde. The town centre is only five minutes’ walk away.
Several lodges have already been sited on the new plots, models including the PEC Vancouver, Lindera 3 Series and Tingdene Barnsdale and Country Elite.
Four are available for hire, with charges ranging from £413 to £616 per week depending upon the time of year. Guideline prices for the lodges start at £69,000 for a 42x13 single. Twin units ranging from 42-46ft in length cost from £100,000.
Lodge owners benefit from a 12-month season whereas the holiday caravan section is closed for two weeks in the winter. Caravans currently available for sale cost from £6,000 for a previously-owned model and from £16,000 new.
