Leading UK holiday and residential park owner Lifestyle Living Group has acquired the Silver Sands Leisure Park in Lossiemouth and the Riverview Country Park in Mundole.

With  development advice from the owners of The Bay Filey, Lifestyle Living Group intends The Group intends to invest millions of pounds in transforming and expanding both parks.

At Silver Sands this will more funds for the existing and new second phase development. The current leisure facilities will be demolished and replaced with a luxury leisure centre and indoor swimming pool.

At Riverview it is planned to give the park a much more upmarket feel, inproving the quality of life for residents and holidaymakers alike.

Tony Barney, Lifestyle Living Group CEO, hopes that this investment will also create immediate and long-term job opportunities in the park localities, and increased tourism spend for the region in the long-term.

Silver Sands Leisure Park currently covers 50 acre and has 645 plots while Riverview Country Park is 37 acres, with 178 holiday and residential plots.

The two new purchases join the other recent Lifestyle Living acquisitions, Little Eden Country Park in Bridlington and Saddlebrook Park on the Isle of Sheppey.

Lifestyle Living Group now has 21 holiday and residential parks, mostly in the finest country park locations, including developments in such areas of natural beauty as the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Norfolk Broads.
