ROOM ON TOP IS A FEATURE OF THIS PARK HOME

The idea of having room on top will take on a whole new meaning with the arrival of Tingdene’s Escape.
To be featured at the World of Park & Leisure Homes show at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire from June 7-9, this 50x20 park home comes complete with a sky roof deck.
It is reached via a spiral staircase and really does put you one (floor) up on the Jones’s. Obvious attractions, apart from the extra living space, are the opportunities it offers for sunbathing in private (using the inbuilt hot tub) and, at night, communing with the stars.
The rest of the specification is impressive too. For example, this Escape features three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
Alongside the Escape at Stoneleigh, Tingdene will also be exhibiting a 40x20 Valetta holiday lodge with a seaside theme.  Although designed for leisure use, the Valetta is built to the higher BS 3632 residential standard so it’s suitable for siting on holiday parks with a 12-month licence.
After the Stoneleigh show, both homes are destined for Praa Sands in Cornwall where the Escape will be equipped with a swimming pool to complement its hot tub.
