    This latest, state-of-the-art residential park home is big in every sense. It comes in four lengths, ranging from 50ft up to the maximum permissible by law, 60ft. It comes in two widths, 20ft and 22ft, giving it the largest size legally possible in the United Kingdom. And it comes with one of the longest lists of standard equipment available on the market today.

    All this offered at ex-works prices which are not quite so grand as you might expect. They are £138,915 for the 50x20 and £183,213 for the 60x20.

For your money you get, as well as a grand entrance, a layout offering a variety of options. They include full-width, separate lounge, combined kitchen and dining area (note the combined island breakfast bar/hob), two or three bedrooms (with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities) and a study.
