NORMANDY RETREAT IS FIRST CARAVAN WITH COVERED DECKING

An integral patio deck complete with matching roof canopy with downlighters is an unusual feature of the new Normandy Retreat. It’s reckoned to be a first for a holiday caravan.
    Available in two sizes, 38x12 and 32x13 overall including the patio, this holiday home comes as standard with 6ft-deep, full-width, integrated covered decking. Access from the lounge is via French doors.
    Two different interior colour schemes (you can choose either) and two interior layouts are used, both including wrap-around, fixed lounge seating and a freestanding dining suite plus two bedrooms. Double glazing and vaulted ceilings throughout are standard.
    The shorter, wider model, known as the Retreat Country, comes with a completely open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. It costs from £27,290.
    The 38ft Retreat Coast differs in featuring a semi-open-plan layout with a more-clearly defined kitchen plus en-suite facilities to the master bedroom. Prices start at £31,558.
    Options available on both models include shorter, 4ft or 5ft-deep, decking, central heating, an insulation package, Canexel or timber cladding, a Velux roof light and an integrated washer in addition to the integrated fridge/freezer which comes as standard.
