No fees till March at Theobalds Park

Lodge buyers at The Camping and Caravanning Club’s Theobalds Park Site can now enjoy the rest of the season for free – with a year’s free insurance and no site fees to pay until March 1, 2012!?
This means that, upon completion of their purchase, lodge owners can make the most of this year-round site and enjoy up to seven months on-site with only utility costs to pay.

Mike Nicholas, the Club’s National Holiday Homes Manager, said: “We want to make sure that people can move into their holiday home and enjoy it straightaway. Providing a year’s free insurance will mean you can get straight in there with no worries.

“Theobalds Park is a lovely place, and obviously there is lots happening around the area in 2012. There is also an option to buy-to-let at Theobalds, meaning you can make money from your investment, so it’s well worth a visit – our on-site staff will be more than happy to show visitors around.”

Situated just half-an-hour away from London, Theobalds Park lodges offer customers the best of both worlds – a peaceful haven with the excitement of the capital city whenever you fancy venturing out.

There are currently 15 plots available for a home of your choice, plus two show homes, a 30ft x 20ft Omar Kingfisher Special Edition at £125,000, or a Cosalt twin unit at £119,000.
