   NEW LODGE DEVELOPMENT OPENS IN WALES

Orchard Meadow is an extension of Tree Tops Caravan Park, located in 16 acres overlooking the Dee Estuary. There are plots for 154 static holiday caravans. Three generations of the Walker family have been involved in developing the park, which has been in the same hands for 52 years.
Open from March 1 to January 15, Orchard Meadow has four Willerby and Pemberton show homes available for viewing. Prices start at £49,995 for a 40x13 and £110,000 for a 44x20, both including decking. Annual plot fees range from £3,500 - £3,800.
Attractive features of the new park include award-winning gardens and drystone walls built using Gwespyr sandstone pieced together by local craftsmen.
