BRAND NEW PARK-HOME ESTATE TAKES SHAPE IN SOMERSET

Alpacas and Shetland ponies are a common sight for residents of Ardnave Park, a new park-home estate taking shape at Kewstoke near Weston-super-Mare in Somerset.

    Grazing in a field alongside the park, they are tended by a member of the Vowles family who are developing Ardnave. Vowles Parks Ltd also have four other residential estates – in North Devon, West Glamorgan, Cornwall and Somerset.

    The nearest shop is 200 yards away and the beach, less than a mile. The traditional seaside resort of Weston-super-Mare, just three miles away, is served by a bus service which runs seven days a week and stops just by the park entrance.
