The Great Escape Motorhome and Caravan Show
The Great Escape Motorhome and Caravan Show

The Midsummer Motorhome and Caravan Show - The Great Escape - will take place on 15 to 17 June at Kelmarsh Hall, an elegant seventeenth century country house 11 miles north of Northampton.

Kelmarsh Hall with its parkland and gardens will offer visitors a stunning backdrop to another exciting four-day show.

Once again, a comprehensive selection of exhibitors will be showing a broad variety of new and pre-owned motorhomes and caravans alongside thousands of outdoor leisure accessories including electrical goods, soft furnishings, garden furniture, clothing, footwear and much more.

For show deals on popular models and accessories then the Midsummer Motorhome and Caravan Show is a ‘must-attend’ event.

Camp for up to FOUR nights and included in the price of a camping pitch are TWO outdoor concerts on Friday and Saturday night with the music of Queen, Take That, Show musicals and Glenn Miller and unlimited access to the Exhibition area (during show opening hours).

Whilst on site, campers can also take the opportunity to visit Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens.

Daytime activities have been organised including pub quizzes, bingo and for the children, Gullivers Fun Days with Party Dances, Jungle Jive, Ellie Sprit, Percy’ Pirate Adventure.

Kelmarsh Hall will also be organising a Treasure Hunt for children on Friday and Saturday.

For the more adventurous, try the Water Zorbs and walk on water!

There will be cooking demonstrations over the weekend and for our green-fingered visitors, the gardens will be open over the weekend and include the Woodland Walk, West Terrace, Philadelphus Gardens, Sunken Garden, Double Border, Rose Garden, Long Border and Kitchen Wall Garden.

A Tea Room will also be open serving afternoon cream teas.

There will be a strong Club participation and campers who stay with their clubs will receive a £10 discount when they pre-book their tickets.

Once again there will be a MMM Club members' rally area and, brand new for 2012, there will be a Caravan Magazine subscribers' club area.

All MMM and Caravan magazine subscribers who pre-book their camping will receive a complimentary hamper with wine and snacks prior to the Saturday evening’s outdoor concert.

The Midsummer Motorhome and Caravan Show will open on Thursday 14 June for motorhome, caravan and tent owners who will be able to camp on-site until noon Monday 18 June.

Pre-book before 10am on Monday 28 May and pay £64.00 to include two adults and children camp free.

Campers with tents will pay £49 when pre-booking (two adults incl).

Additional adults are £20 each.

If you can’t manage to camp for the weekend, you can still visit the show for the day. Admission rates are adults £5.00 and children are free. This includes FREE parking and a FREE showguide. The exhibition area opens daily at 9.30am closing at 5pm on Friday and Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday.
