Taking place between 2-8 June, National Camping and Caravanning Week is now in its 12th year and it's set to be bigger and better than ever with over 50 activities and attractions planned at campsites up and down the UK.

Coinciding with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee weekend, NCCW begins with a royal celebration Big Jubilee Lunch on Sunday 3 June to mark this once in a generation event.

Following the lunch, on Monday 4 June The Camping and Caravanning Club will hold a unique Jubilee party where caravanners can take part in a world record attempt for the most people wearing paper crowns across multiple locations.

Guinness World Records zones will be set up on each of the Club's 110 award-winning campsites and 20 Camping in the Forest sites. Paper crowns – unique to the record attempt – will be provided, and the Club is ecouraging members and campers to get into the spirit by dressing in full royal attire for the occaision.

At the Club Site on Sandringham Royal Estate, Club President David Bellamy will be in attendance and Elddis will be providing its special limited edition Diamond Jubilee Supersirocco, built to celebrate and commemorate the 60th year of Her Majesty the Queen.

For more information on the celebrations visit The Camping and Caravanning Club's website or click on the Elddis website for further details on the special edition range.
